My Role:

How many hours are on the Kanban board?

There was most likely like 10-15 hours on the Kanban Board, but Aaron and I were the only ones to use the Kanban board.

How long did it actually take me to do everything?

I would say it took way longer. I definitely put at least 20 - 25 hours into the project (most of it bug fixing ;-;) and at most 35 hours.

what experience did I want the player to have?

I wanted the player to have the feeling like they were running a store and also add a way to bully the other player and vice versa. I feel as though it didn't go well with creating any aspects of working at a supermarket

the most difficult part of the project

Learning how to keep coding in Blueprints is really hard to get the hang of it. Respawning the player took way longer than I thought it would take and really hindered my experience and enjoyment with the project. It still fully doesn't work. I think I could have done a better job at finishing my blueprints and getting a working minigame for the full game like completing my register. As usual, the thing that held me back the most from making the game that we all envisioned was my knowledge of Blueprints and how to streamline creating Blueprints.

what I learned the most during this project

I learned that I personally need to keep track of the items that I have to create more and really keep pushing myself to finish it rather than be fully fleshed out and not moving on to something new when there's a few minor bugs.

What I am most proud of for this assignment.

I am mostly proud of gaining more of a grasp on Unreal Blueprints and helping fix our dialogue system to play the right dialogue with the text on screen. I personally enjoyed playing with the physics of the car launching you and was really fun.
